With prices that seem to get higher and higher every day, wouldn't it be nice to still enjoy some of your favorite culinary dishes without the extra expense of eating out? Saving money on food doesn't have to mean poor quality, bland or boring and we are here to prove just that! This series of classes is designed to help you save money by teaching you how to make tasty recipes yourself! If you want to learn how to make delicious food AND save money at the same time, then this is the class for you! We have the amazing Chef Robinson team teaching this exciting new series and trust me, you won't want to miss out!

- Weds | 5/7/2025 | Pasta from Scratch- Pasta with fresh bolognese
- Weds | 5/14/2025 | Basic Yeast Doughs/Breads- Parker House Rolls, White Sandwich Loaf, Yeasted Cinnamon Rolls
- Weds | 5/21/2025 | Waterbath Canning- Spicy Bread and Butter Pickles, Tomato Sauce
- Weds | 5/28/2025 | Chicken Fabrication- Chicken Stock, Chicken Piccata
- Weds | 6/4/2025 | Sushi Making- Spicy Tuna Roll, Vegetable Tempura Roll
Times: 5:00pm-7:00pm (Approximately)
Cost: $90 Per Class

How Do I Get Enrolled in Adult Education?
The first step in enrolling in Adult Education is Orientation!
What happens during an Orientation?
We are so glad you asked! We want you to be prepared and informed about what to expect during your Orientation session.
During your Orientation Session you will:
- Meet with our student advisor
- Discuss what you would like to accomplish through Adult Education
- Fill out enrollment paperwork
- Sit for academic placement testing
What you should know before you arrive:
- We are located at 377 River Road, Mexico, ME 04257
- The Adult Education entrance is the one that is facing the road
- You should ring the bell and wait for us to buzz you in. Once we do that, you can come right upstairs
- The Orientation process can take a few hours, so please plan accordingly
